Bitrix use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for their hosting and several hosting centers around the world are utilised.

At first you will be given an arbitrary domainname type xxxxx.bitrix24.yyy where the yyy part indicates where in the world the hosting will be arranged. Click on one of the following links to get your free Bitrix24 account:

The xxxxx part can be changed once to anything you like (if it is still vacant, of course).

Pay attention to the email address you register the account with: it will follow the installation as long as it lives! You may need to hand out the email address and password in case you later wish to ask Bitrix for either a migration to self-hosted or a move between zones, so see if you can use a dedicated email address for this purpose.

As long as you have the free acount only, this email address will also be the one used by the one possible account administrator. If you upgrade, you can change this. Also, if you upgrade to the Professional edition, you may use your own complete domain name.
